Seasonal closures: outside the main season (roughly November to March) the community drains and maintains most pools, so only a limited number stay open — and pools can close at short notice for cleaning or repairs. Pool 16 is usually among the first to reopen in spring. We'll confirm which pools are open for your dates before you arrive.

How to Book Padel & Tennis
All padel and tennis courts at La Torre are booked through the resort's O Mobile app. It takes about five minutes to set up and courts are free for Casa Sylvia guests wearing a resort wristband.
1. Ask us for your login details first
Before installing anything, message us and we'll send you the USER ID and PASSWORD assigned to Casa Sylvia. Just ask — you don't need to visit the security checkpoint.
2. Download the O Mobile app
Search for “O Mobile” in the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android) and install it. Allow notifications when prompted so you receive booking updates.
3. Activate with code 327304695
Open the app and tap the button in the lower-right corner, then enter the activation code 327304695. Sign in with the email and password given to you by Casa Sylvia.
4. Book your court
Select the date first, then the voucher. Courts can only be booked 24 hours ahead, so you can book for today or tomorrow. Slots are one and a half hours long, from 10:00 through to 20:30.
5. Cancelling a booking
Open the “bookings made” section, tap the reservation and swipe left. A confirmation message appears — confirm and the slot is released.
6. Getting on court
Hold your resort wristband up to the reader at the padel or tennis court gate and the door will open. No wristband, no entry — so don't leave it at the house.
Good to know. Court time is free for our guests as long as you're wearing a resort wristband. Padel rackets are available at Casa Sylvia if you didn't pack them; tennis rackets are not provided.
